We had a little difficulty, initially, getting a definite pick up/delivery date ironed out but there had been mechanical difficulties before our trip and Richard was working out a combination ride with 2 other dogs coming to CA. But they picked up on the designated day, giving updates about traffic and needing to move pickup time back, and delivered within 3 days. It would have been sooner but they hit a winter storm that slowed everything down. The dogs were happy and adjusted immediately to our apartment. That has to be in large part due to Richard's care of them over the 3 day trip. So much stress went into researching how to get our dogs transported that we are really glad it went so well.

Richard and his wife are great people. They took my puppy from Daytona Beach, Fl to Michigan. Richard's wife is dealing with text messages ( always respond really fast in 10 minutes) and sending the pictures during the trip. Richard is the driver and who takes care of the puppy. He took all my stuff with dog even though they were a lot. This is my first time to move my pet with Richard, and of course it won't be the last time. Great price comparing to other drivers in the website. Thank you again.

Wow! Richard was great! He went above and beyond to get our puppy safely home promptly. His wife kept us updated throughout the trip and was super friendly! He didn’t let the puppy out on the ground to play but inside the vehicle and the puppy went on potty pads to keep the dog safe. I prefer with a little puppy to not stop at rest areas and what not because there are so many animals stopping there also. He also cleans the crate before and after use. I will be using him again if something comes up!

Not only was Hank delivered early, he was well fed and loved the entire trip!! Hank was picked up from a less than ideal place, and the driver was concerned for the other dog that is there, and put a safety plan in to action for her. When he arrived with Hank he spent an hour talking with me and showing me the commands he had already taught Hank n the 2 days it took to bring him to his new home. He had also bought Hank some toys and left those with him as well. I can’t say enough positive things about this experience or these drivers. Thank you from Hank and his new momma. These people are amazing, The price was great and the service was even better. The original kennel that my cats were given to me were way to small, and low cost shippers moved them into a much bigger kennel for the long journey to Tennessee. They are mindful and communicate quickly and clearly every step of the way. I would certainly use their service again.
